- Brand new Ice Lathe type, completely designed on CAD software and built from zero by hand, solid and essential;

- High quality features, with high accuracy on the working;

- Simple and easy-to-learn use for the operator;

- Very silent, trustable machine with a complete recovery of metal chips and water thanks to the bed itself that works like a 360-degrees water basin.

- The carriage is built AROUND the fixed INOX protection carter on the rails:
the moving of carriage keeps the rails always protected from water, metal chips and dirt. (patented system ©)

- Inlet and Outlet of freezing liquid are placed on the external right side of the tailstock, thanks to our international patented system ©

- Our "TCN" Ice Lathe model can be ordered chosing between Two options:
1) ONLY FLATS WORKING (faceting);
2) FLATS + PLC AUTOMATION FOR PITCH WIDTHS (threadings) (with added costs).
